Please note: login now requires that the three digit Authority Code is entered in addition to the User Name and password.
Authority Code	* Please enter a valid Authority Code.
User Name	* Please enter a valid User Name. Your User Name will be used to identify you to an individual Local Authority.
Password	* Please enter the Password for this User.
	Please click on Login to attempt to login to the application with the supplied credentials.
